JESSICA STEELE - MANAGING PARTNER
Jessica Steele has always thrived in situations where she could take complex processes and build teams that solve problems. She was recruited to the General Electric Corporate Leadership program as a Nuclear Field Engineer after college. She also managed several business develop projects for GE as a six sigma black belt. Using her background she created easy-to-use systems to automate and leverage as much of her own Amazon business as possible with multiple seller central accounts. Jessica was an early adopter of Amazon FBA selling on the Amazon platform 13 years ago. She was self taught on Amazon in the early years and has done everything from Retail Arbitrage, Wholesale, Liquidation as well as Private label on Amazon. That broad experience and background has proven invaluable to many brands and has served as strategic guideposts for launch new products quickly onto page one. Jessica was a beta tester for Jet.com and has forged relationships with leaders of several other ecommerce sites like Groupon, eBay, and Walmart as well as in the retail space. Jessica has spoken at several Amazon mastermind events worldwide and has written two Advanced Amazon content courses.

Jessica graduated with a bachelor’s of science from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Josh has been passionate about entrepreneurship since his early years of building Legos, launching a 25-year career constructing businesses, organizations, and products of all shapes and sizes across e-commerce, entertainment, technology and manufacturing industries. If you’ve interacted with Microsoft Windows XP or enjoyed an experience at Disneyland, then you’ve interacted with his handy work. Beyond cutting his teeth and honing best practices in the corporate world, Josh borrows from his time as an executive at four startups that were all at various stages of maturation. He’s been through successful exits and he’s been there for the key learnings when other companies failed.

Prior to co-founding Color More Lines, Josh was the Global Partner Executive for Amazon Web Services at DXC and was responsible for rebooting and leading the global Amazon Web Services alliance and strategy. His team became an AWS Global Premier Consulting Partner by growing the AWS global, qualified pipeline 10x to nine figures in one year and closing the first eight and nine figure enterprise transactions together with AWS. Driven by the desire to see bright ideas reach their potential, Josh is a proven leader who brings a breadth and depth of seasoned experience in e-commerce, business development, sales and marketing to help his clients succeed.
